I am sure with all the names unscrambled from paleo Hebrew to Bantu dialects one can say it it not true because Bantus could not write.
I also believed the same that bantu people could not write until I learned the symbols.
The symbols in what is called paleo Hebrew are bantu symbols. The meaning of the symbols also perfectly fit the Bantu dialects and I will show you how.
Let me give a disclaimer - Not all letters have clear descriptions, others seem vague to the point that I cannot decode.
How the letters came about was based on agriculture, animals, agriculture tools, etc. When you see the symbol the first letter in a word should be your letter.
Let us make an example with N.
N comes from a snake. A snake in Sotho is Noha. So a reader would see the symbol and then say the first letter. N in the past would not have sharp edges because a snake moving has smooth edges.
I feel this would be a long post but to simplify it I will just add slides.
