What was Abrahams real name?

I am hoping this post will make you start asking questions around the Bible names really. Abrahams name and the meaning is mismatched. I will show you how.

According to the Bible God changed Abrams name to Abraham. Genesis 17: 5 reads as follows: No longer will you be called Abram; your name will be Abraham for I have made you a father of many nations
