The mind map that threw me off

Well, there is this belief going around that Noahs three sons were all different races

Noah had three sons Shem, Ham and Japheth (Genesis 9:18)

According to some people Ham is the father of blacks, whereas Shem is the father of the Jews. I left Japheth on purpose as little goes on with his descendants in the Bible.

Using the race theory – Hamites being black and Shemites/Semites (as they call them) being Jews and Jews skin color today is undeniably light and they have straight hair too.

When this is your starting point, then you will soon realise that Shemites were not racists – meaning they were always falling for Hamites most of the time.

I won’t do the mind map from the beginning of the bible but I will pick a few people to display my theory.

Isaac’s sons – Esau and Jacob

Genesis 26: 34

When Esau was forty years old, he married Judith daughter of Beeri the Hittite, and also Basemath daughter of Elon the Hittite.

Genesis 28: 6 – 9

Now Esau learned that Isaac had blessed Jacob and had sent him to take a wife from there, and that he when he blessed him he commanded him, “Do not marry a Canaanite woman’’ and Jacob had obeyed his father and mother and had gone to Padda Aram. Esau then realised how displeasing the Canaanite women were to his father Isaac, so he went to Ishmael and married Mahalath, the sister of Nebaioth and daughter of Ishmael son of Abraham, in addition to the wives he already had.

Okay let us mind map these verses:

Hittites are also interchangeably called Canaanites (I assume because their father is Canaan) see Genesis 10: 15. Canaanites are a direct descendant of HAM  see Genesis 10: 11 which says the sons of Ham: Cush, Mizraim, Put and Canaan. You can see that Hittites cannot be like Hebrews in skin color if they are from Canaan who is from Ham (father of black race)

So Canaanites/Hittites are black when we follow the theory of Ham being the father of the black race. This in turn means Esau had mixed race kids and him marrying an Ishmaelites who is a descendant of Hagar an Egyptian and Abraham a Hebrew further puts the race in a bad situation

Let us move to another intermarriage

Judah and Shua

Genesis 38: 2

There Judah met the daughter of a Canaanite man named Shua. He married her and lay with her

Again Judah who is a Hebrew/Jew marries into Canaanites direct descendent of Ham who is presumably black.

I could go on and on with intermarriages but just to conclude let me show you the last person who also married a different ‘race’ - if that were true. So in this instance Moses is presumed to be Egyptian by the Midianites in Exodus 2: 9 but he goes on and marries the Midianite (supposedly a mixed race person). This complicates the make up of the race of the Hebrews because families would be a combination of light skinned people with long hair and dark skinned person with kinky hair (wives and kids) and this would be for generations if it were true. However, Jews of today are mostly light skinned with straight hair. So what happened to the mixed race kids?

What is your conclusion? Are the people of the Holy Book mixed races or one race? If you choose to go with one race which race is more suitable based on the fact that they had black wives?

Well, I will leave that to be your own conclusion.
